The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation is thrilled to host our 9th Annual Benefit Gala to raise essential funds for families who receive end-of-life care and grief services through Chatham-Kent Hospice. Limited to 330 tickets, the Gala will take place on Friday, October 23rd at the Chatham Armoury where guests will experience an elegant evening of philanthropy and engagement. Guests will learn about the impact of hospice in our community while they enjoy their choice of mains in a custom three-course dinner created by Chefs Tina and Tony Mesquita of Lentina's Catering. Throughout the evening, guests may also participate in the silent and live auction, memorial experiences, the Golden Ticket draw and the Diamond Draw before the evening culminates in a music-filled after party. Evening itinerary: 6:00 p.m. Cocktails 7:30 p.m. Golden Ticket Draw 7:30 p.m. Dinner 8:30 p.m. Hospice Family Guest Speaker 9:00 p.m. Live Auction 9:30 p.m. Silent Auction Closes 10:00 p.m. Diamond Draw 10:30 p.m. After-Party Menu options include: Tomahawk Pork Chop - Finished with a golden herb crust, served with caramelized apple and sage stuffing, and a maple cider demi-glace. Atlantic Salmon - Glazed with maple syrup and topped with a roasted pistachio and honey stuffing. Tuscan Stuffed Chicken - Filled with asparagus and creamy fontina cheese, finished with an Asiago cream sauce. Potato Gnocchi & Charred Cauliflower Steak - (vegan, gluten-free) Pillowy gnocchi tossed with fire-roasted vegetables and fresh herbs, served with a charred cauliflower steak, and finished with vibrant citrus gremolata.
