Venue notes
Net Capacity: 109 Nuisance Bear is an award-winning documentary that offers a breathtaking perspective on the annual migration of polar bears through Churchill, Manitoba, where wildlife, tourism, and human development collide. Winner of the U.S. Grand Jury Prize: Documentary at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, the film is directed by Gabriela Osio Vanden and Jack Weisman, whose stunning cinematography captures both the beauty and fragility of the Arctic landscape. Thought-provoking and visually extraordinary, Nuisance Bear challenges audiences to reconsider coexistence, belonging, and our shared relationship with the natural world.
